If the items are in stock, it takes approximately 5 days to ship. For new production, the lead time is around 25 days.

Generally, the product warranty period is 12 months for key components starting from the date of receipt.
3. What should we do if there are quality problems?
Please send us photos or videos of the broken part. We provide technical support and free spare parts for key components within the 12-month warranty period.
4. What payment methods and trade terms do you support?
We require a 30% deposit, with the 70% balance to be paid within 3 working days after receiving the copy of the B/L. We offer EXW, FOB, CIF, and CFR terms.
