Dry desulfurization utilizes the reducibility and flammability of SO2, using solid oxidant or adsorbent to desulfurize. It is a highly effective method to produce Na2SO4 through the reaction of NaHCO3 and SO2.
A simple, low investment, and high-performance desulfurization system. This process is primarily used in power plant boiler flue gas desulfurization. Single tower capacity applies to boilers with 75t/H ~ 1025t/h evaporation, reaching SO2 removal rates of 90% ~ 98%.
The Lime/Gypsum process removes SO2 using limestone or lime as an absorbent. As one of the most mature standard technologies globally, it is widely utilized for reliable flue gas treatment.
